#4 Jack Eichel still months away from playing for Las Vegas Golden Knightshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DndoCJzNexg
It's no secret that Las Vegas Golden Knight fans are foaming at the mouth to see Jack Eichel finally take the ice. Unfortunately for the Knights and their fans, the veteran's timetable for return remains unknown. Head coach Peter Debor even went as far as to say that it will be several months before Eichel can finally take the ice with the Golden Knights.
"I don't know what the timeframe will be," DeBoer told reporters Wednesday. "It'll be at least a month or two months before he plays."
This comes after Eichel had successful neck fusion surgery in December. In January, he participated with the Golden Knights' practices and wore a no-contact jersey. There is hope that he will start traveling with the team in the coming weeks, but Deboer's words don't sound very promising for someone hoping for a regular-season debut.
